Terms & Conditions

Website use, bookings and service terms for CMPLX Detailing.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services booked with CMPLX Detailing LLC. By booking or using our services you agree to them. Some services, such as paint correction and ceramic coating, also need a written job agreement.

Using our website

Use this site lawfully. Don’t submit false information, someone else’s contact details, or automated or abusive requests. Prices and availability shown can change and aren’t an offer until confirmed. Photos show our own work; results vary by vehicle.

Booking and confirmation

  • Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from our scheduling system or from us.
  • Listed prices are starting prices by vehicle size for vehicles in typical condition. Estimated times are not guarantees.
  • Please give accurate vehicle and location details; we may need to adjust the price or time if they differ.

Deposits and payment

  • Deposits: No deposit for our standard detailing packages. Paint correction and ceramic coating may need a deposit, which we quote individually and agree with you in writing before booking.
  • Payment: Standard detailing is paid when the service is complete. We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and credit or debit cards (tap to pay or swipe). Cash App and Zelle are paid directly to us; there’s no online checkout on this website. Paint correction and ceramic coating may have separately agreed deposit and payment terms.
  • Refunds: If you’re not happy with part of the service, tell us within 48 hours, with photos if you can. We’ll arrange a look at the vehicle and, where we fell short, redo that area at no charge or agree a fair resolution with you. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under law.

Cancelling and rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us at cmplxdetailing@gmail.com or (412) 923-9760.
  • Notice required: at least 24 hours, please.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: no automatic fee. A fee applies only if it was disclosed and agreed in writing before booking.
  • We may reschedule if we can’t perform the service safely or properly, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Weather and site conditions

Detailing is done outdoors at your location. Rain, extreme heat or cold, high wind or unsafe conditions can affect safety and results. We may reschedule in those conditions and will contact you first. If conditions make detailing unsafe, you can reschedule without penalty. We don’t charge a fee when weather makes us reschedule.

Your location and vehicle access

  • Provide a safe, legal place to work with room around the vehicle, and permission to work there (for example HOA, landlord or employer approval).
  • Provide keys or access at the start, and remove valuables and personal items. We’re not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Water and power: we bring our own water and power to most appointments. If your service needs any customer-provided utilities, such as access to your water supply, we’ll tell you before the appointment.

Existing condition and inspection

  • We inspect the vehicle before starting and may photograph existing damage, such as scratches, chips, dents, stains, tears, loose trim, failing clear coat or prior repairs.
  • Detailing can reveal or highlight existing issues, but it doesn’t create them. Some stains, odors, scratches and wear cannot be fully removed.
  • Tell us about known issues, aftermarket parts, wraps, PPF, fresh paint or electrical problems before we start.

Additional work and charges

If your vehicle needs more than the booked service (for example heavy soiling, pet hair, sand, mold or biohazards), we’ll explain why and give you the price. We won’t do extra work or add charges without your approval.

Paint correction and ceramic coating

  • These services are quoted after inspection and require a written job agreement that describes the work, products, preparation and price.
  • Paint correction reduces defects; it doesn’t remove every scratch, chip or deep defect. It removes a small amount of clear coat, and some paint (thin, repainted or damaged) may limit what’s safe.
  • Coatings need cure time and proper care; results and durability depend on conditions and maintenance.
  • Warranty: Any coating warranty is only what’s written in your coating job agreement.

If something goes wrong

If you believe we damaged your vehicle or property, tell us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours, with photos, so we can look at it and make it right where we’re responsible. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.

Photos and testimonials

We may photograph your vehicle to document its condition. We’ll ask for your separate permission before using photos of your vehicle, or your comments, in marketing or on social media; booking a service doesn’t include that permission. We avoid showing license plates and personal details. You can withdraw permission for future use at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If there’s a problem, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version posted when you book applies to that booking. Questions: cmplxdetailing@gmail.com · (412) 923-9760.
